They are very pretty, and don't look like "comfort" shoes even though they're made by Dansko. Unfortunately they did not make the cut. I have fairly flat feet, just a little wider than normal. I don't walk in high heels regularly but like a medium, stable wider heel or platform on sandals.
My usual size is 7.5 so I ordered a 38 and these were too tight in front. The ankle strap was pretty thin compared to the other Danskos I've had and the teeny tiny buckle took a lot of fiddling to close. Just walking a few steps on carpet made my arches hurt - the footbed, though squishy, wasn't actually that soft when I was standing up in the shoes. The heel is wide enough to keep your foot stable but taller than most Dansko sandals I've tried. The leather was a nice rich black and the sole and heel were black too, which appealed to me, but I just couldn't imagine walking around in... Read more

I paid top dollar for mine and it only kills me that the price is so much lower here. I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 38 and they were a perfect fit. I wouldn't wear any shoe like this for a long period of time, but these wear really well, and my feet feel so comfortable all day long. I even ordered the Clarissa, because I wanted the same fit and comfort in a really pretty dress shoe style. These really are fabulous shoes. I already own many pairs of Danskos but these are my favorites : ))

These are super cute but the fit is a bit off for Danskos. The arch is oddly placed and the footbed causes your foot to slide a bit but the shoes are not painful. There is plenty of room in the toe box and I can wear these at work with quite a bit of walking;however, the foot sliding is a bit annoying. Although the heel appears as sturdy as other Dansko shoes for some reason the shoe tends to "roll" and can be unstable when walking on a non flat surface. Watch out for curbs or stray pebbles as these will cause the shoe to roll your ankle. For walking on flat floors in an office building they are fine except for the foot slide. They look great though and the cons are tolerable in the right setting. They run ever so slightly big. I have one in my true size which fits loose and one pair a half size down which fits almost perfect except for the toe box is slightly tight.
