Wanted to love, December 18, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: DV by Dolce Vita Women's Pilar Bootie (Apparel) I loved the look of these boots and I generally fit well in Dolce Vita shoes/boots in size 8.5. However, my heel slipped out of these when I walked in them. I couldn't think of a solution to this so sadly, had to return them. Otherwise, they're great looking and comfortable.
A little displeased., March 20, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: DV by Dolce Vita Women's Pilar Bootie (Apparel) I LOVE wedges of ALL kinds..so when I saw these boots on Amazon for a reasonable price I just had to get them. On my second day of wearing them the bottom heal came right off-- EMBARRASSING!!! Lucky thing I had some super glue. I went home and glued the heal back on the shoe...let it dry for one day and have been wearing them ever since. I even placed a little glue around the edges of the left shoe heal that did not come off in hopes it wouldn't even THINK OF IT!...sO...Not very pleased with the durability of the product, but every time I wear these shoes I get compliments.

Wasn't sure if I liked the look at first, but when I tried them on and realized how comfortable they were, I couldn't resist! I love the look and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! Finally, a pair of high shoes I can wear all day!
