Received Mismatched Pair. Oops., December 23, 2011 By This review is from: Vince Camuto Women's Skylas Boot (Apparel) The Skylas boots are gorgeous, I ordered them in black. Beautiful leather, beautiful style. BUT BEWARE, Amazon sent me one boot in black and the other in taupe. Customer service was difficult to understand. They went on about ineligibility for replacement of the boots until 7 days after I had received the boots. What is that about? I guess it takes 7 days to find the other black boot in the warehouse or maybe they were expecting another mismatched pair of boots that were ordered in taupe to be returned on that date? Either way, it wasn't really made clear to me, so I am just returning the mismatched boots for a refund. Maybe Amazon needs to take a closer look at their fulfillment procedures. I'm still a fan of Amazon, but hope they can get rid of some of these errors. BTW, the taupe is beautiful too, more of a grayish hue than I originally thought.
