No pain,or muscle fatigue;just a feeling of strength.I have a couple of muscle disorders and was kind of leery to try toning shoes,but so far they have been just great!!
I ordered these in a wide width,and they fit beautifully. Very comfortable on my old lady's feet.I do not do much shopping because my legs and thighs usually get worn-out after about 15 minutes,but my nearly an hour shopping in one store felt good for a change.
I generally shy away from anything even remotely neutral,but these taupe-colored shoes are very nice looking and I can wear them happily with my jeans and tee-shirts.
So far I like them very much.I am going to get some bright pink shoelaces to match the small pink strip in the toe,and will no doubt look exceptionally cool!!
And they arrived quickly in good,not-too-much-extra packaging.All recyclable materials.

I especially like this version from New Balance, since it is in neutral tones and just kind of blends in with whatever outfit I'm wearing. And they don't scream "lazy girl shoes". Plus I trust New Balance for fit, support, and resistance to wear.
