Wonderful shoes!, August 11, 2011 By This review is from: Naot Womens Cymbal Sandals (Apparel) I bought these shoes for a trip to Istanbul: I needed sandals that would look great with my skirts and dresses, but also be more than comfortable for the hours of walking my husband and I do on our trips to foreign cities. These sandals were perfect! No break in time needed at all; they look so good that I was asked many times by strangers about where I had bought them; we walked on average about 6 to 7 hours a day- all over and all through the old cobblestone streets of the old part of Istanbul in hot weather for 13 days straight;these shoes were light and totally comfortable. I bought the 'metal' sandals- they looked wonderful with my wardrobe; I like to be well dressed when I travel; these shoes did not disappoint in any respect. I also have orthotics ( so you see, shoe comfort is a very high priority for me); the footbed of these sandals can be removed to accomodate your own orthotics; these shoes are so well constructed for support and comfort that I did not need to remove the... Wearing them right now. I wear size 7.5 to 8. Ordered size 39 and they fit perfectly. I have narrow feet and was surprised that they weren't real wide - a problem I've had with other sandals - this is a plus for me. I can wear these sandals and just walk and not have to worry about falling out of my shoes or falling over. Already thinking about buying another pair in a different color.
