I balked at the price at first, but now I'm a convert!, December 6, 2011 By This review is from: Hunter Women's Original Tall Welly Gloss Rubber Boot (Apparel) I grew up in the rainy city of Vancouver where it would vary between drizzling and pouring down in buckets for three seasons of the year. Soaked toes were a common thing for me and I never bothered investing in Wellington boots because they were always so oversized and uncomfortable to walk in.
Hunter boots rose to fashion popularity in the last five years or so. Along with their standard line of dark matte colors, Hunter began introducing a colorful line of glossy boots with some colors changing seasonally. The label with the company name displayed prominently at the top front of each boot is instantly recognizable everywhere and suddenly celebrities were spotted in different styles and colors all over the place.
I'm five foot ten inches tall, so I'm quite accustomed to boots being far too short on me. The Hunter boot appealed to me not only because of the wide variety of colors, but also because of how tall they appeared to be. I need that extra length... Read more

Was a little disappointed at the amount of support in the foot, but boot is well made. Not certain it's worth the money, but they make me smile when I put them on.

It's very pretty. They are comfy and keep your feet warm, with room for fuzzy socks inside.
